About the Museum:
The Dalnavert Museum is a provincial and National Historic Site, and is the restored home of Sir Hugh John Macdonald (built 1895), son of Canada's first Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald.
Located in downtown Winnipeg our facility is a centre for heritage and culture.

HAMLET (the rest is silence): Winnipeg Fringe Festival performance in Dalnavert dining room (July 18-28)
Professor When's Time Warp Experience: Restore the space-time continuum with the whole family! (Thursdays and Sundays at 11 and 12 throughout July & August)
What-To-Do-Wednesdays: Every Wednesday throughout August we will be offering FREE activities and workshops in our Visitors' Centre (or outside if the weather allows it) for ALL ages. This year includes a Victorian sing-a-long, outdoor wilderness skills, and aviation day! Everyone is welcome! (August)
