About the Museum:

The purpose of The Fort Garry Horse Museum and Archives is to display the history of the Regiment from its origins to the present time through use of artifacts, photographs and archival material. The museum is accredited with the Directorate of History and Heritage, Department of National Defence (DND).

Normal posted Museum hours are 1930-2200 on Thursday nights. The museum can be opened at other times by prior arrangement if volunteers are available to accommodate visitors. Admission is free to individuals, however a $2 per person fee is requested for school and other larger groups.
