COVID-19 Updates

Office Closure

The AMM office is closed as of Tuesday March 17, 2020 and staff are working remotely for the foreseeable future. The Manitoba Centennial Centre, where our office is located, is also closed to the public.

We will continue to be linked with our members through email, phone, and social media. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Most, if not all of our Museum members in Manitoba, have cancelled their events, and are closed to the public.  We will try to maintain an up-to-date list, but please contact the museum directly if you are uncertain.  A directory of Manitoba museums can be found here.

The world is being inundated with “news”, “information” and “updates” regarding the pandemic. Try to not let it overwhelm you, but do stay in the know by following reliable, trusted news sources and updates from the provincial and federal governments.

Stay healthy and safe!

The Association of Manitoba Museums acknowledges that we are on Treaty 1 territory and the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the homeland of the Métis Nation.
