About the Museum:

Originally constructed in 1889, the Miami Railway Station was converted to a museum in the mid 1970s. The Museum depicts the life and activities of a rural station agent who lived and worked in the station. It is of a unique architectural design and is the only one of its style left standing in its original location. It has been declared a national historic site and a municipal heritage site.
